  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Custom-made or personalized orders are final sale
  • Fabric swatches are non-returnable

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@fredesigner.com with your order number
  2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping label
  3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
