For all products including made-to-order items

1.Within 12 hours after an order is placed, customers may apply to modify order information (including size, fabric material, color, pattern, craftsmanship details, etc.). Such applications must be submitted in writing through official customer service channels (online customer service / email).

The modification application will only take effect after the brand confirms that the order has not yet entered the production process, and no modification fee will be charged.

2.If a customer requests a modification more than 12 hours after the order is placed, the brand must first verify the order's production progress:

  • If the fabric for the order has not yet been cut, the customer shall bear a 25% modification cost of the total price of the custom curtain product (covering expenses such as fabric inventory adjustment and production schedule change). After the cost is settled, the brand will readjust the production plan according to the modification requirements;
  • If the order has entered the production process such as fabric cutting and sewing, no information modification is allowed due to the uniqueness of custom-made products. The brand will continue production and fulfill the order in accordance with the original order requirements.
