Return Policy

At our store, we stand behind every product. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make returns seamless, convenient, and reflective of the quality and care we put into our textiles and custom curtains.

1. Non-Custom Textiles

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Clearance or "Last Chance" items are final sale and cannot be returned.

1.2 Return Options

  • Store Credit: Receive a virtual gift card immediately when scanned at the carrier.
  • Refund: Issued after the item is physically returned, inspected, and processed. Allow 8–12 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
  • Partial returns from tiered sale orders will have refunds adjusted according to the new total discount.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

1.3 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, follow the return process for the original item, then place a new order. Store credit may be used immediately for a new purchase, or wait for a refund to the original payment method.

1.4 Return Shipping

  • Unless items are defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Fredesigner is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

1.5 Damaged or Defective Items

If your non-custom textile arrives damaged or defective, contact Customer Service. We provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping if applicable.

2. Custom Curtains

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Custom curtains are made to your specific measurements and requirements, so returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or does not match the confirmed design specifications.
  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect custom curtains must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • Custom curtains cannot be returned for reasons related to personal preference, incorrect measurement submissions, or changes to design after order confirmation.

2.2 Return Process for Eligible Custom Curtains

  • Contact Customer Service immediately to report the issue, providing photos and order details for verification.
  • Approved returns for custom curtains will require the item to be returned in its original packaging (if possible) for inspection.

2.3 Refunds & Replacements for Custom Curtains

  • Upon inspection of eligible returned custom curtains, we will provide a full refund, replacement, or repair, at our discretion.
  • Refunds for custom curtains will be processed within 8–12 business days after inspection, and funds will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Replacement custom curtains will be produced and shipped within the standard production timeframe after approval.
  • Return shipping costs for eligible custom curtain returns will be covered by us.

3. General Policies

3.1 Cancellations & Pre-Orders

  • Non-custom orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
  • Custom curtain orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed as production will have commenced.
  • Pre-orders follow the same return and cancellation processes as non-custom items; cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins.

3.2 Return Activity Monitoring

We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns from users who exhibit repeated, excessive, or fraudulent return behavior.
