Where we deliver

We deliver to the United States, Canada, and the European and adjoining destinations listed below. Select your delivery country and enter your complete address at checkout to see the available shipping services.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are in US dollars. Standard shipping is based on the discounted order subtotal shown at checkout, before shipping charges and taxes. If a discount reduces your subtotal below a threshold, the applicable shipping charge changes accordingly. Optional services included in that checkout subtotal also affect the threshold.

European and adjoining destinations

For the listed European and adjoining destinations: a subtotal from USD 0.00 to USD 200.00 has a USD 23.00 standard shipping charge; USD 200.01 to USD 299.99 has a USD 17.99 charge; and USD 300.00 or more qualifies for free standard shipping. Express shipping costs USD 129.00 per order, regardless of the subtotal. This is the total express shipping charge, not an additional charge on top of standard shipping.

United States and Canada

For the United States and Canada, standard shipping costs USD 18.00 for a discounted subtotal below USD 300.00 and is free for a subtotal of USD 300.00 or more. Express shipping costs USD 139.00 per order.

Products, samples, and combined orders

The regional shipping rates above apply to the physical products sold through our online store, including custom window treatments, accessories, fabric swatches, and sample books. Sample prices are separate from shipping charges and are shown on the product page. Standard shipping is calculated once using the combined order subtotal, rather than charging a separate standard fee for each product category. Items may arrive in separate parcels; we do not add another standard shipping charge solely because we split an order into parcels.

Remote and island destinations

For the listed European and adjoining destinations, the shipping charge confirmed at checkout includes remote-area transportation surcharges. We do not request an additional remote-area shipping payment after checkout. Import duties, import taxes, and customs or brokerage fees are separate and are explained below.

Duties, taxes, and currency

For US shipments, Fredesigner covers applicable import duties. Shipments to Canada and the listed European and adjoining destinations are sent on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. The recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, import VAT, and customs clearance or brokerage fees charged by the carrier or local authorities. These amounts are not included in the shipping charges above. Taxes collected by our store at checkout are displayed before payment. An existing order with a separately confirmed written tax-inclusive arrangement keeps that arrangement. Orders are charged in USD; your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or fees.

Production and delivery estimates

Custom products require production before dispatch. Made-to-order window treatments shipped to the United States and Canada are currently estimated to arrive within 7–10 business days after order confirmation, including production and standard transit. For European and adjoining destinations, production and transit estimates depend on the product, selected options, delivery address, and service. Contact support@fredesigner.com for the current estimate if timing is important to your purchase. We do not promise one fixed arrival period for every European destination. Choosing express shipping does not remove production time or guarantee a particular delivery date. Where estimates use business days, weekends and public holidays are excluded. Customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, or address problems may extend an estimate.

Address and tracking

Please use a complete residential or business street address and provide an accurate postal code and any required province or region. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses such as APO, FPO, or DPO. Review the address before payment. Contact us promptly if you need a correction; changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. When tracking is available, we email the carrier and tracking number after dispatch. For split shipments, tracking details may be sent separately.

Delivery problems and support

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact support@fredesigner.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue under our Return & Refund Policy. For a missing parcel, contact us with the order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier. These reporting instructions do not limit your applicable statutory rights. For destinations outside the list above, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and a shipping quote.
