Where we ship

Fredesigner can arrange delivery to destinations worldwide. The current online checkout has standard shipping rates for the United States and Canada. For any other destination, contact us before ordering so we can confirm service availability, shipping charges, customs handling, and how to place the order. A market or language selector does not by itself confirm that delivery is available.

Address requirements

We ship only to valid residential or commercial street addresses. We do not fulfill orders addressed to P.O. boxes or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO. Checkout acceptance does not override this restriction; contact us before ordering if you need help with an alternate address.

Customs duties, VAT, and import fees

  • United States: Customs duties and import taxes are covered by Fredesigner. No additional customs charge is expected upon delivery.
  • Canada, and Fredesigner-confirmed orders to the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union: Standard duties and VAT are covered in most cases. Any exception will be disclosed in the shipping quote or order confirmation.
  • Remote or special tax regions: Local authorities may assess import VAT, consumption tax, customs duty, brokerage, or clearance fees. When assessed, these destination-specific charges are the customer's responsibility.

Customs rules vary by destination. Check local requirements or contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a destination-specific charge may apply.

Standard shipping rates

For orders shipped to the United States and Canada:

  • Orders of $200.00 or less: $23.00
  • Orders from $200.01 to $299.99: $17.99
  • Orders of $300.00 or more: free standard shipping

For other destinations, contact us before ordering for service confirmation and a shipping quote. A general rate is not currently published at online checkout. A remote-area surcharge may apply when a carrier classifies the delivery address as remote.

Estimated delivery time

Made-to-order window treatments shipped to the United States and Canada are estimated to arrive within 7–10 business days after the order is confirmed. Timelines for other destinations are provided when the shipping arrangement is confirmed and may be longer. Estimates include production and standard transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Order volume, severe weather, carrier interruptions, customs clearance, remote destinations, or an address issue may extend delivery time. If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can review the current timing.

Swatches and sample books

Swatches and sample books may have separate product prices, shipping charges, availability, and delivery estimates. Review the current sample product page and, for the United States or Canada, the shipping charge shown at checkout. For another destination, request confirmation before ordering. A paid sample book is not free unless the current product page or promotion explicitly shows it as free.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, we will email the carrier and tracking number after the order ships. Please review the delivery address carefully before checkout. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has shipped.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order details, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos so our team can review the issue under the Return & Refund Policy.
