I have ordered so many window treatments from this company because it meets the price point for custom drapery for my clients, but they have terrible customer support. I’ve called for clarification on sizing and have received the incorrect information, I have emailed them 15 hours after an order requesting adding a lining and was told it’s a 25% modification fee in addition to the lining.

I ordered the sample swatches to determine which color would best match my decor. I highly recommend doing this, so you can see the colors in person before selecting. As for the quality and appearance, I was impressed beyond my expectations! The weight of the fabric feels sumptuous and cool like high quality linen. I recommend this over the blend, but I understand people have their preferences and budget considerations. Already planning to order more for another room! Highly recommed.

Love these panels. Fully lined (white). Looks great in my upstairs loft with Restoration Hardware furniture and lighting. I purchased the sample book for $9.99 best idea because there are so many colors! They have some weight to them so I did not need to steam, the few wrinkles already gone. These are the navy blue 52x108. Sheers are Lugotal pinch pleated drapes, 108 inches In off-white chiffon. Love them.

I highly recommend if the budget for custom curtains is not feasible. The ordering and measuring for the windows was easy. The curtains arrived well packaged and ready for an easy install. The material and tailoring were both on point. I will say you either need to steam the drapes or wait for the wrinkles to go away. Other than that, it gives a high end, tailored look for less.

I kept trying to order curtains that were less expensive. But returned about 3-4 sets because I really wanted them to look custom in terms of length and to lay nicely at the bottom. They just look SO much nicer. These DO NOT DISAPPOINT!! I honestly didn't even have to iron them when they arrived. They are easy to hang and adjust. I wish I had just purchased them the first time I wanted to instead of wasting all the time buying and returning other options!

I first ordered these for one of the rooms in my new home to see how I liked them. I am a designer and pretty picky about the textiles I use in my home and was so pleasantly surprised, especially for the price and how quickly I received them (trust me, in the custom world waiting for weeks or months on end is the norm these days). The quality, fabrics and header styles available (basically the overall customization) is amazing and I couldn't love them more! These curtains are just beautiful. There are so many colors to chose from (I highly recommend getting their samples) and the weight of the fabrics is heavy, but is still soft and beautiful. The construction is very good and the curtains hang nicely. They have several differnt levels of privacy and light blocking to choose from also when deciding on the lining. They are completely customizable to your own dimensions, pleat style and lining. What more could anyone ask for? I'm so happy with them and glad I got them.

I love these curtains, I think they're great value for money. They're as expected and measured precisely. Shipped according to schedule. Photo taken mid afternoon in the blazing sun. One thing to note is that they are very heavy, we have concrete walls so it's fine - but definitely double check the weight bearing of your walls first. Also recommend steaming them first if you are hanging from high ceilings.

the color is a perfect match for my kitchen. The natural linen is so soft and delicate. I have these all the way up to the 9ft ceiling and they barely hit the floor. I think I may add 2 more panels for a fuller look. For real these drapes made me bougie y’all!
