I have ordered so many window treatments from this company because it meets the price point for custom drapery for my clients, but they have terrible customer support. Iโve called for clarification on sizing and have received the incorrect information, I have emailed them 15 hours after an order requesting adding a lining and was told itโs a 25% modification fee in addition to the lining.

Overall, I love the quality of the fabric and the beautiful heavy weight pleats. The only reason I give it a 3 star review is because the flowers on the real curtains are smaller than the photo shown. I was expecting the flowers to be bigger and bolder and more gaps in between the flowers as shown. If they do ever make more vibrant curtains with bigger bolder flowers, I would definitely come back to buy.

These are the midnight color. I ordered 6 pairs. Easy to install. Looks great, nice pleat. Lighter blue/teal than listing photo. The fabric is light filtering so if you need more insulation or blackout, add with a liner.

Cons I ended up paying over 850 cad for 4 curtains(two 92*30 and two 94*40) and the fabric is not upto the mark its very see through. I almost poked 2 hole into it while trying to get the hooks in. So heads up make sure you be careful. Also if you strech a little you an see the stiching hole getting wider. The print is lighter then expected , if I knew this before I would have spent a bit extra and got the linning too as now its not giving the look that they show in the images. To be honest these curtains seem like delicate darling and I am scared to wash them ever. Pro Quick delivery -almost under a week to canada, well packaged. Content- there were few extra hooks as well which is good. The length and width was perfect as per what I ordered

The pleats hold better than ones in our main bedroom that we ordered custom from a well-known store in my area that cost significantly more money.
