Changes and cancellations: Made-to-order items may be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours after the order is placed. Bamboo shades: no-deduction option: The factory takes 3/8 inch off your measured width so the shade clears the frame and raises smoothly. If you would rather keep side light gaps to a minimum, add an order note asking for no width deduction; without a note, the standard 3/8-inch deduction applies.
