Refer & Earn — Program Terms

These terms explain how the Fredesigner Refer & Earn program works. Our Rewards rules and Rewards privacy notice also apply. Questions? Email support@fredesigner.com.

How it works

1. Place an order of $200 or more after discounts to unlock your referral rate. Shipping, tax, Worry-Free Purchase (Seel) and gift card purchases do not count toward the $200. Paying with a gift card does count. Buying gift cards does not unlock the referral rate. If that order is fully refunded before you draw your rate, it no longer counts, and any later order of $200 or more unlocks the draw.
2. The amount that counts is your order after all percentage discounts and any $100 or $500 reward voucher. Orders paid from October 22, 2026, 8:36 p.m. Pacific Time (the program start) count.
3. Once unlocked, you draw your referral rate once in your rewards card. Your rate is between 10% and 15%. It stays with your account and is never drawn again, including after a name or email change, a refund or a new order.
4. You choose the nickname for your public link, for example fredesigner.com/jack/. The nickname is shown publicly in your link. A link name stays with your account and is never given to anyone else. Some names are reserved and cannot be used.

What your friends get

5. Each friend who uses your link gets your referral rate off their first order through it (10% to 15%). There is no limit on how many friends can use your link. On that first order, it replaces the store's automatic 10% offer; the two are not added together. A friend's later orders get the store's automatic 10% offer, and you still earn commission on them.
6. During Black Friday (November 1–30, 2026), Black Friday 25% Off Sitewide does not combine with other discounts. Checkout uses whichever saves your friend more.

What you earn

7. You earn your referral rate as commission on a friend's qualifying order. Commission is based on the price of the goods before percentage discounts, for the items the friend keeps, minus any $100 or $500 reward voucher used on the order. Shipping, tax, Worry-Free Purchase (Seel) and gift cards are not included. Custom size and lining options and gift wrap are included.
8. Orders placed at the Black Friday price earn 8% commission on the same base.
9. The last referral link a friend used within 30 days before paying gets the credit. The referral is fixed when the order is paid.
10. You can use your own link for your own orders and earn commission on them.
11. Commission is pending until every item the friend keeps has been delivered. Shipped is not the same as delivered. After delivery is confirmed, the commission becomes available.
12. Commission is paid later, after delivery. It never lowers the price of the order it comes from.
13. When someone new joins Fredesigner rewards through your link, verifies their email and completes their first spin, you earn 1 point ($0.10) after we review it. Each new member counts once. Sign-ups through your own link do not earn points.

Refunds

14. If a friend's order is partly refunded, the commission is recalculated for the items kept. It can only go down. If the order is fully refunded, its commission is canceled.
15. If commission that was already available is reversed, your available balance can go below zero. It is offset by later commission. You can withdraw only when your available balance covers the amount you choose.

Withdrawals

16. Withdrawals are paid to PayPal. You can withdraw in steps of $100 — $100, $200, $500 and so on — up to your available commission. From your points wallet, you can withdraw in steps of 1,000 points, and every 1,000 points is paid as $100. Points and commission are separate wallets and are never combined.
17. A fee of 2% of the amount you withdraw ($2 for every $100) is paid by you and deducted from the amount. For example, if you withdraw $500, the fee is $10 and you receive $490. The same fee applies to points withdrawals. Before you submit, the card shows the fee and the amount you will receive.
18. You're responsible for any taxes on your commissions.
19. Enter your PayPal email twice. When you submit, the amount you chose is set aside right away and shown as "Being withdrawn". We review each request and pay it to PayPal within 3 business days after you submit it. Business days are Monday to Friday. If a payout fails and the failure is confirmed, the amount returns to your available balance. Submitting the same request again does not create a second withdrawal.
20. Withdrawals may be paused for a short time, for example while a refund is being settled.

When new commission stops

21. If the order that unlocked your referral rate is fully refunded, new commission stops from the time of that refund. Your rate, your link, your friends' discount and your history stay. Friends' orders paid before the refund still earn commission as usual. A partial refund of that order does not stop commission, and a refund of any of your other orders does not stop it either.
22. We may pause new referral rewards or withdrawals for a time if needed. Commission already earned is not lost while a pause is on.

Sharing your link

23. When you share your link, say clearly that it is your referral link and that you earn a commission when friends buy through it. For example: "This is my Fredesigner referral link — I earn a commission if you buy." Put this next to the link, not only in a profile or a hidden spot. This follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements.

Other terms

24. Do not post your link on coupon or deal sites, and do not use paid search ads that bid on "Fredesigner". Commission from such use may be canceled.
25. We may cancel commission on orders that are fraudulent or placed to abuse the program.
26. We may change these terms. Changes do not affect commission already earned.
